Furnishing Project - Perth, Australia

This clean design of a beautifully decorated home is in Perth, Australia. Personal influences had given inspiration to the designer. Donna, Marge's sister-in-law, had requested the expertise of Debarge Designs as soon as she acquired a sub-urban, 3-br 2-bath home. The final design in the living room exhibited the imaginarium of a spa. Giving that peaceful sense of serenity. The bamboo backdrop, lighted with under-cabinet led track lights, gave good overall ambient to the room. But you wouldn't guess, the bamboo backdrop function was a room-divider. Instead, they used it as a wall fixture. Very innovative and clever design. Color hues remain in the shades of beige, as it presents the softness of brown. Playing with black furniture and crystal chandeliers, distinct features mold the interior with in vogue character. The kitchen and dining room were installed with fine elements like a designer chandelier, beveled mirror, modern shelvings,a 70s-look bar stool to add fun and pizzazz. Of course, accent lighting over the counter is also added, which you can't do without. With the help of new friends, Marge had so much fun with this project.

Lighting defines an interior. It can turn a room into a small stage or highlight a cozy corner. The right lighting is one of the most important aspects of achieving atmosphere in a home. Marge, the designer, had visualized the match of each lighting fixture in each corner of this condo. As you enter the home, it greets you with an impressive foyer. May the foyer be any size, the design of having an attractive center piece, art deco furniture and a classy mirror will convey a welcoming feeling into a fine hotel-like domain to anyone who enters. The hues of gray had been the focus in this project but the linearity design gave character to each furniture.
